TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
The applicable Terms of Service are the active version at the time the order is placed.⚠️ Disclaimer
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
GENERAL TERMS
• Commissions are not first come, first serve, and I may decline or cancel requests outside my skill range, comfort zone, or artistic focus.
• Please respect my art style; style imitation is not accepted.
• I may post commissioned work and/or WIP for portfolio or promotion (NDA available with additional fees).
• Credit is required unless stated otherwise under a

• Do not rush the Artist if no deadline was stated at the beginning
• All commissions are delivered digitally.
• AI training, NFT usage, tracing, editing without permission, or claiming the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited
WHAT I DRAW / DO NOT DRAW
• OC, fanart, humanoid/kemonomimi, and SFW illustrations.
• I am more confident drawing feminine/female characters; male characters are accepted with results that may vary.
• I do not draw NSFW content, heavy gore, mecha, furry, political themes, muscular body types, or content outside my comfort zone.
PRICING & COMPLEXITY
• Pricing may vary based on character count, pose or perspective complexity, costume/accessory details, background complexity, and intended usage.
• Default background is simple / plain / transparent; detailed or full-scene backgrounds require additional fees.
• Higher complexity will require more time to complete.
• Additional fees may apply for design work (new characters, outfits, or concepts without sufficient references).
• All pricing details are discussed and agreed upon before the sketch stage.
REVISIONS
• Up to 3 revisions during the sketch stage.
• Up to 3 minor revisions after sketching (small color adjustments, missed details, or small ornaments that do not affect pose or composition).
• Pose changes, concept changes, major redraws, or adding large objects are not included as minor revisions and may be charged extra or declined.
• The artist reserves the right to determine whether a revision is minor or major.
PAYMENT
• International commissions are currently available only through VGen.
• Local (ID) are handled via DM, with 60–70% down payment or full payment after sketch approval, and full payment must be completed before final delivery.
• Commission slots are reserved and work begins only after payment is settled.
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
COMMUNICATION
• Clients are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• No response within 2–3 days will be considered approval at that stage and work will continue.
• I primarily work on weekdays; replies or updates may be slower on weekends or holidays.
• Progress updates are provided regularly when possible (around 1–2 times per week or more).
• There are no progress updates for SKEB commissions.
TURNAROUND TIME & PROGRESS
• Full rendered illustrations take approximately 4–7 weeks, depending on queue, complexity, and responsiveness.
• Please ensure you do not have urgent deadlines before commissioning.
USAGE RIGHTS
• Personal use is included by default (pfp, banner, non-monetized posts, personal prints).
• Digital commercial use requires a 2× base price such as music video, stream overlay, digital promotion, etc., (Monetized content fee is NOT required for thumbnails)
• Merchandise use requires a 3× base price.
• Buyout/ownership rights are not included by default and must be discussed separately (5×–10× base price).
• I reserve the right to post my work progress and showcase final artwork on social media unless an NDA/private commission is agreed upon.
• Clients are prohibited from reselling personal-use artwork.
AI, NFT & MISUSE
• AI training, NFT usage, tracing, editing without permission, watermark removal, false ownership claims, or use for hate or political agendas are strictly prohibited.
• Any violation will result in a permanent blacklist.
SKEB
• No revisions.
• Full artistic interpretation by the artist.
• No changes after delivery.
• All standard TOS rules apply.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
• Refunds or cancellations are only possible if initiated by the Artist, or due to urgent or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to continue the commission.
• Outside of these circumstances, no refunds or cancellations may be requested by the Client.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.
